Cofermetal produces all the main alloys used in electronics: from conventional ELYTE 2000 (63Sn37Pb) to the many LEAD FREE alloys, including the new SN100Ni-Ge.
Our alloys have reduced impurities, excellent wettability, excellent mechanical strength and resistance to thermal cycling.
